To participate in Spring 2024 Commencement, this form must be submitted by April 1, 2024. Students must consult with their department before submitting this form.

Students Who Need This Form

Summer graduates (all plan types) who would like to participate in commencement services the spring semester prior to completing their degree.

Approvals Required

  • Major Professor/Advisor
  • Department Head
