The Plan B Creative Project/Report form grants Utah State University a non-exclusive license to archive your work and make it accessible to the public. As the author, you retain ownership rights to the copyright and the right to use it in future works.

Plan B papers are not reviewed by the School of Graduate Studies and are filed directly with the library after department/committee approval.

The Plan B Report/Creative Project Submission form is available through DigitalCommons@USU.
