Rebecca Walton is the executive associate dean for the College of Humanities and Social Sciences and a professor of technical communication and rhetoric in the Department of English. Walton researches how people intervene for justice in their workplaces. Her co-authored scholarship has won national awards for best book, best theory article, and best empirical research article. Her research has informed implicit bias training, policy revision, and curriculum development at multiple universities.
