This workshop is a discussion of mentorship guided by Drs. Domenech Rodríguez and Sims. It seeks to answer "How do you find a good mentor?", "How can you be a good mentee?" and "How can you be a good mentor?".

- Culture matters
- How are you and your mentor’s/mentors’ cultural context alike or different? (Think intersectionally: sexual orientation, gender identity, race, ethnicity, but also skin tone and phenotype) and how do these characteristics enhance or detract from your relationship?
