The purpose of this handbook for Graduate Program Coordinators & Directors at Utah State University is:
- To understand the role of the School of Graduate Studies.
- To serve as an informational navigation guide for GPCs and GPDs to understand the policies and procedures that are required throughout a graduate student’s program to ensure their timely completion of requirements and their overall academic success toward graduation.
- To highlight the responsibilities, and the mutual accountability between them and the School of Graduate Studies for graduate students.
- To familiarize themselves with campus resources available to graduate students.
